Marli Crowe is a Los Angeles-based entrepreneur, career coach, and public speaker. Having graduated from Spelman College, she cultivated a career in tech, marketing, and business development with stints at large corporations, agencies, and startups. As Marli navigated corporate America, she noticed the distinct lack of diversity. Driven by this observation, she embarked on a mission to empower diverse professionals to land the job and look the part. In 2019 she founded C. Suite, a full-service career development company. Through C. Suite, she has helped over 200 clients land roles, resulting in combined salary increases exceeding $1 million.Additionally, she has empowered individuals to dress for success in their most significant moments through the company’s workwear boutique.
